Sage Summit in Atlanta leads to Accounting Improvements

Sage Summit

It’s the season for trade shows! AC’s lineup continues to be packed with them, from our recent attendance at The Car Wash Show to the Sage Summit in Atlanta to the future South East Car Wash Association (SECWA) Show in July. Trade shows are vital to Andujar Construction’s superior project delivery. The shows allow us to engage with industry leaders, vendor specialists, and other general contractors. This exchange of knowledge results in increased construction efficiency, better project management, and greater client happiness.

Not only are trade shows vital to the development of our project delivery, but also to improve our business systems. These serve not only clients, but also subcontractors and vendors. With the recent WannaCry malware circulating, the Sage Summit could not have come at a better time. The Sage Summit is held annually to bring together top innovators and leaders to discuss software and accounting processes. Resident technology guru, Jenn Haefner, found the Summit helpful in discovering the right path for our future information and accounting systems.

“The possibilities I witnessed at the Summit were near endless. We have a lot of options when it comes to implementation of new software to automate mundane tasks & improve overall efficiency of the company. Our business is at a major turning point right now; now is the time to assimilate new solutions to build a solid foundation for our company to continue to grow.”

AC Team attends The International Car Wash Show in Las Vegas

Las Vegas? The International Car Wash Show is in Vegas?!

Those two words had our team hooked and booked to attended the largest car wash show in the country. Our team met with Sonny’s, Belanger, and Hanna car wash systems to discuss and compare the new editions of their equipment. We even learned a new trick or two to rev up our high-pace building timeline of 5 months (for car washes)!

For Vice President Anthony Andujar, the show was his first time on the convention floor. As a senior project manager, he felt the experience informed him about the array of new products that could help future clients. Several of the wash system teams offered troubleshooting and installation techniques for their specific products. “It serves as a great information piece for us to know more about what goes on behind the scenes and how we can build for those variances,” said Anthony. The show also helped us put faces to names for the vendors and suppliers we work with nationally. We were lucky enough to check in with previous clients to hear how well their buildings were contributing to their businesses.

The next show is already scheduled for April 26-28th, 2018, and we’re ready to learn even more on how to construct the right building for our car wash clients. To see our current portfolio of Car Wash projects, visit us on our website.
